Believe it or not, my path began in a bulletproof vest. Before working with energy fields and subconscious reprogramming, I was a police officer navigating high-stakes situations and supporting people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. A back injury ended that chapter—and opened the door to the work I was truly meant for: helping women release old patterns, emotions, and identities so they can step into their full power and potential.
That experience taught me to value facts, evidence, and precision—the same lens I now bring to uncovering what holds women back from showing up as their truest selves. Today, my work blends grounded, evidence-based methods with the intuition and energetics that science is only just beginning to catch up with. As a Registered Bioenergetics Practitioner of 10+ years, with certifications in Emotion Code, Neuro-Identity Evolution™, and trauma-informed somatic healing, I guide women ready to stop playing small and embody the unapologetic, powerful version of themselves.
